1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and place the item on back order or refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the UK. We do not currently offer international delivery.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery time is subject to availability. We aim to despatch in stock items the same day if ordered by 12pm. Orders placed after this time will be despatched on the next working day. For trolleys, trailers, complete assemblies and custom items delivery times may vary.
You will be notified once your order has been despatched and tracking information will be supplied where applicable.

You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. you will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
6. Incorrect items or items damaged in transit
If you have received incorrect items or if there is any damage to the parts ordered please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
All returned goods must be returned unused, in original packaging and fit for re-sale. All products except for custom parts can be returned to us for a refund within 30 calendar days of receipt.
Returned goods are inspected in our Returns Department and refunds are carried out within 14 calendar days. If replacement goods are required, they must be re-ordered from our website.
