New EXT550 Inflatable Rib Jetski Trailer

 The new model torsion suspension galvanised Extreme EXT550 trailer to suit up to 4 metre ribs, Inflatables, Jetski's or other similar small craft.

They have a gross weight of 550kg, and with a trailer weight of approx. 100kg, allow a boat weight of 450kg to be safely carried.

They have 12" galvanised 8 spoke wheels, galvanised axle with torsion rubber suspension, metal mudguards and two long carpeted bunks which are adjustable for both width and height. Unlike some other models, the crossmembers on the trailer are the same size and shape giving the user more scope to adjust the bunks in all directions therefore supporting the craft better.  In this way a variety of craft from Rigid Hull, Jet Ski and Rib through to Inflatables can be accomodated without compromising support.

The picture shows the bunks configured for use with an inflatable ie. fully outwards. They can be adjusted to any position up and down and in and out independantly front and rear. If you use the optional roller assembly on the rear of the drawbar, due to the infinately variable adjustment of the bunks, l the boat can be lowered onto it unlike some other trailers that are only adjustable in increments by putting bolts in different holes.

Being curved, the crossmembers allow the craft to sit lower (typically 12.75" off the ground in the centre) and make launching and recovery a much easier task. The boat will sit about 3.5" lower than a similar leaf sprung trailer.

They come complete with a jockey wheel and an adjustable height winch post. There are also mountings for a lightboard on pins and 'R' clips. Please note that a keel roller as in picture can be supplied at £11.99 extra if required. We also have spare wheels, lightboards etc.

Supplied in flatpack form (2 boxes) with full assembly instructions (about 1.5 hours).
